Research

Dielectric Characterization of Materials Using Free Space Measurement Technique

Experiment involved the nondestructive measurement of the dielectric properties of an unknown material by using free space methods. Through a unique through-reflect-line (TRL) calibration technique and post processing in MATLAB, the material properties were characterized for both a reference piece of Teflon and an unknown material.
